This year VS Gaming hosted the 9th consecutive Digital Gaming Championships at the rAge expo. Over 400 gamers from eight different titles descended upon the Ticket-Pro Dome to compete for glory and the title of Champions.

 

The action kicked off on Friday afternoon for initial group stages of the competition. Gamers played all evening to decide who would move on to the second round of the competition. Several months in Digital Gaming League offered up some of South Africa’s top teams who competed in Hearthstone, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, FIFA, Overwatch, League of Legends, Rocket League, Call of Duty and Battlefield 4.
